XigniteInsider Web Service Operations

This web service supports the following operations:

GetInsidersSearch the insider database by CIK, name, or address.
GetRolesSearch the insider database by CIK, name, or address. Returns all the firms the Insider is affiliated with and the role he or she plays within the firm.
GetRoleReturns the role an insider plays within a firm.
GetRosterGet the roster of insiders for a firm.
GetDirectorsGet the roster of directors for a firm. Only directors that own shares in the firm are listed.
GetCEOGet the Chief Executive Officer for a firm.
GetOfficersGet the roster of officers for a firm. Only directors that own shares in the firm are listed.
GetIssuerOwnershipsReturns the roster of insiders for a firm including current ownership information for shares and options.
GetInsiderOwnershipReturns ownership information for an insider within a single firm.
GetInsiderOwnershipsReturns ownership information for an insider across firms.
GetInsiderTransactionsReturns all transactions for an insider within a firm.
GetAllInsiderTransactionsReturns all transactions for an insider across all firms.
GetIssuerTransactionsReturns all transactions for all insiders within a firm.
GetAllIssuerTransactionsReturns all transactions for all insiders across all firms for a date.
GetOwnershipFormRetrieves a complete SEC ownership document (Form Types 3, 4 or 5).
GetFilingAsTextRetrieve a complete SEC ownership document (Form Types 3, 4 or 5) as Text.

What's an operation?

An operation is simply a 'function' you can access remotely from an application.
All operations are included with a subscription.
Calling a function generates one or more hits against the service.
