Returns the cumulative cash dividend ratio for a security between two dates. For instance, if a security saw a 3:1 cash dividend and a 2:1 cash dividend during the same
period, the CashDividend ratio of 1/12((1/1(1/+3))*(1/(1+2))) is returned. Returns 1 if no cash dividends occured.
