This web service provides mutual fund holdings disclosure filed by US registered funds companies. By U.S. securities law, mutual funds are required to disclose portfolio holdings by filing quarterly reports with the SEC. In these filings, mutual funds are required to list the securities they hold and for what amount. This web service provides a data feed to access all portfolio holdings information filed by U.S. mutual funds. It is updated daily within 30 days of filing.
