    When communicating a problem to us, please make sure you specify:
    • The URL you are using.
    • The Method you are using (POST, GET, SOAP).
    • The Development Toolkit you are using (MS.NET, NuSoap...)
    • The name of the Service (e.g. XigniteQuotes).
    • The name of the Operation (e.g. GetQuotes)
    • The values of Parameters you are using when running into the problem.
    • The type of error you are getting (e.g. HTTP 404, HTTP 500, Outcome=SystemError...).
