You only need to complete the second section (NASDAQ Internal Data Feed
Agreement Recipient Agreement).
Do not complete the NASDAQ Data Feed Control Questionnaire section.

Review the agreement's terms & conditions. Note that these conditions are
not negotiable.

Please fill this section for any affiliate of your organization is receiving
