Dear Xignite User,
This week was a big week for Xignite as we had the exclusive opportunity to be part of NASDAQ OMX launch of their new Last Sale product. NASDAQ Last Sale is a new product that places real-time market data in the hands of millions of individual investors without the display restrictions and costly user fees of existing Level I data.
NASDAQ became the first U.S. stock exchange to offer such a service and Xignite was the first market data vendor to support it. As part of this announcement, CNBC, Google, and Dow Jones (The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch) announced that they were placing NASDAQ last sale quotes on their web sites.
