Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE: AIT), with $1.9 billion in annual sales
in 2006, is one of the largest industrial distributors in North America. Because
Applied is a publicly traded company, its executives need an effective way

PHP 5.0? Very simple. Just
look at the sample below:
<?php
$ns = 'http://www.xignite.com/services/'; $client = new SoapClient( "http://www.xignite.com/xQuotes.asmx?WSDL" ); //build your parameters necessary for the Web Service you are calling $params->Symbol = "MSFT"; //build an array for the XigniteHeader $HeaderArray = array( "Username" => new SOAPVar("User@domain.com", XSD_STRING, null, null, null, $ns), "Password" => new SOAPVar("", XSD_STRING, null, null, null, $ns), "Tracer" => new SOAPVar("", XSD_STRING, null, null, null, $ns) ); //Create a SoapHeader from the array $HeaderBody = new SOAPVar($HeaderArray, SOAP_ENC_OBJECT); $Header = new SOAPHeader($ns, "Header", $HeaderBody); //Call the correct Web Service, passing in the arguments and the SoapHeader to the call $res = $client->__soapCall("GetQuickQuotes", array( $params ),array(), array($Header)); ?> News & Events
