Attributions

Xignite requires all publicly accessible websites, portals and/or applications where Xignite products, services and/or data can be viewed, to be properly attributed to Xignite Inc. Any form of data that is provided in part or in whole by Xignite, and disseminated in any fashion to the public, shall be required to provide clear and obvious attribution to Xignite Inc. As stipulated in the Xignite Web Service Subscription Terms of Use, this attribution must be implemented within ten (10) Business Days from the execution of our new product agreement or at a time agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Approved Xignite Attribution Methods

There are two general classifications of Xignite Attributions:

• "in-line attribution", where an approved Xignite attribution is included in close proximity to the location of data presentation.
• "footer attribution", where an approved Xignite attribution is included at the bottom of the page in which Xignite data is presented.

Approved Xignite Attribution Methods When Data Is Provided By BATS Exchange

BATS Exchange requires the full and formal attribution of their stock quotes data. Xignite customers purchasing, integrating or otherwise using Xignite BATSLastSale and/or Xignite BatsRealTime for public display are required, within ten (10) Business Days from contract acceptance (purchase), to place the pre-approved attribution at the point of data presentation. Attributions may not be altered, reconfigured or manipulated in any way, and must be applied exactly as presented here.
